We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at conn313@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos help us resolve things faster). We'll reply within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll be notified by email once it's issued. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund - no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items (such as skincare and personal-care products) cannot be returned once opened, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
