How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–20 business days. Some items ship from a US warehouse and arrive at the faster end of that range.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. If a week passes with no tracking email, check your spam folder, then email us.
Returns and refunds
What's your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email conn313@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos help. We reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is approved and received, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Products
Are your wellness products medical devices?
No. Our recovery and skincare tools are made for personal comfort and self-care routines. They aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and they're not a substitute for advice from a healthcare professional.
Can I return opened skincare?
For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare and personal-care items can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Orders and payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the accelerated checkout options shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify — we never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, almost always. Email us as quickly as you can with your order number.
